[weboob] [PATCH 2/3] install: simplify the Nix instructions

On any sane Nix installation, "-f '<nixpkgs>'" does not change anything.
If an user has <nixpkgs> pointing to something else, they know enough to
know they need -f; otherwise they are going to run into problems anyway.
