I think not. I'm using it with MSN account, very basically. Just to chat. I'm using minbif with irssi irc client. On the previous dedicated server I got 300+ days of uptime of the debian. I got almost the same uptime for my irssi. I supposed an also good uptime for the minbif launched by the irssi connection. Do you know if users of minbif use it for long period of time ? I see the libpurple ahve lot of dependences... one of them is on dbus. I decide to try to shutdown the dbus service. It seems still working... Do you know if dbus is really usefull ?
